| You may receive an error message "-3285 Disconnected" or "10060 Disconnected" from the Quicktime Player. If so, follow the instructions below. Enabling this option will increase stability. |

| 1. Launch the QuickTime player from Desktop shortcut and Click Edit |

| 2. Choose Preferences | Quicktime Preferences |
|

| 3. Click on the Advanced tab |
|
| |
| 4. Change Transport Setup | Select Custom |
|
| |
| 5. Change Transport Protocol from UDP port 554 to HTTP port 80 | click OK |
|

| 6. Click Apply then OK | you can then close Quicktime settings |

| 7. Click File | choose Open URL |
|
| |
8. Right click and Paste link
