Janet Malcolm
Associate Administrator
Janet Malcolm has been with the College of the Menominee Nation since March 10, 2002. Janet comes to us with an Associate Degree in accounting and is now finishing her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
Janet comes from Oneida, Wisconsin and had the opportunity to work in many areas. Three years as the Oneida Museum Director and six workshops with Smithsonian. Janet has worked in public relations, lobbying with Madison legislatures, 1st office manager in Chittenago, New York for the Oneida Land Claims office. Oneida Bingo & Casino Sales & Marketing department, Office manager for the Oneida Tsyunhehka Center which is an 80-acre organic farm.
Janet was appointed Oneida’s first Veterans Service Officer. Janet enjoys aromatherapy and has been a certified practitioner of essential oils since 1998. She enjoys making salves, toothpaste, glycerin soap, and medicinal products such as headache oil, sore muscle salve and oil, skin salve and many other products. The essential oil products are made from grade A pressed oils which gives the best results for her products. Janet says "less is best with essential oils." Start getting the chemicals out of your daily life."
