Dr. Diana Morris is a full-time faculty member at CMN, serving as the Director of Computer Science. Diana received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from Franklin University in Ohio. She received her Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy Degrees in English from Ohio State University.
Dr. Morris worked for ten years in various divisions and agencies within the Department of Defense in Computer Systems. Diana’s work within the Department of Defense provided her experience in designing, developing, purchasing, and implementing computer systems as well as staff development and training. During her government service, Diana participated in the development and implementation of the early systems that formed the foundation of what has become the Internet.
Diana’s educational background and professional experience was instrumental in the creation of CMN’s Education Outreach Training Programs, which were developed and designed in coordination with the Menominee Tribe’s Human Resource Department.
Dr. Morris designed the curriculum and materials for the "Coaching and Counseling" workshops that were conducted at CMN’s main campus and at the Stockbridge-Mohican campus for tribal employees.
